E-Books For Students

I might be biased, but I think reading is one of the best ways a kid or teen can spend his or her free time. So, to encourage that, I'd like to send a free e-book of WISHING FOR WASHINGTON to any student who is interested.

If you're a parent or guardian of a child who might be interested, and you or your child has an e-reader, please feel free to email me at shelleysly2 (at) gmail (dot) com with the following information:

- Your name (you don't have to include your child's name)

- Where I might know you or your child from (such as the name of a school or the location of an author event -- or if I don't know you at all, just let me know that instead)

- Which device and/or app you read e-books on (e.g. Kindle, Nook, iPad with Kindle App, Android Phone with Kindle App, etc. This is important, because different devices read different file types.)

With this information, I'd be happy to send a free e-copy for your child to read!

I also welcome feedback from students, including what they liked or disliked about the book, or any questions they might have. They may (with parental permission) email me at the above email address if they'd like, and I will gladly respond.
